Own Your Movement was founded by Dr. Kate Ayoub, D.C.-based physical therapist, health coach, and endurance coach. As a physical therapist, Dr. Ayoub saw that many patients knew the “right” things to do health-wise, but lacked the strategies to successfully implement them. 

Own Your Movement is a judgment-free space to explore and achieve your wellness goals. Dr. Ayoub utilizes motivational interviewing, the science of habits, and positive psychology to help you bridge the gap from dreams to actions.
